Anna Johnstone, an elder at Albany Presbyterian Church has compiled a very beautiful book of her reflective writing which has been a significant part of her own God Walk. The book has 80 pages with both coloured and black and white photos. It contains reflections on life, Scripture, our God Walk and has a foreword by Eddie Askew. It is an inspirational and reflective book which would make a great gift or a resource to read and reread. Bush Telegraph, Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand

I'm just blown away by the poems. They're so honest and transparent and full of nuggets of insight and revelation like the doves when Christ sent the merchants out of the temple. I'd never noticed that either! One that brought tears to my eyes was 'How do you measure purity, Lord?' and I loved 'Adore' and ... I could comment on all of them! Keep on being inspired creatively I'm appreciating this in you more and more. You and Kerry are a compatible and powerful team of two! (Canada)

The God Walk is a blessing I feel such a sense of reverence and joy for life and love as I read. 'Becoming' the person is surely one of the most powerful ways to experience the heartbeat of God throughout Scripture. The photos and text are so beautifully and sensitively blended and I'm sure these reflections will be a source of holy inspiration for many. (Auckland)

I would like to order five copies of The God Walk. I showed a friend 'I think I've used...' and her eyes filled. You touch our deep places. Your work is truly stunning, at once embracing the heart of our Faith and our life. I am reading and rereading pages for my evensong. I am blessed over and over. (Christchurch)

We are enjoying the insights of The God Walk, which S has just passed on. Hope she doesn't want it back too soon! The book is beautifully illustrated and you have a real gift of expression to capture that spiritual awakening. (Australia)

Thanks for sending me one of your books. I've read it all, cover to cover awesome. Some of the reflections are very thought-provoking. Others brought a new reflection to me, so thanks for writing them down so that others can have new insights into God's awesome Word. (North Auckland)

At last I've had some quiet time to read your book. I'm so impressed! What a wonderful gift you have. It's a wonderful book and the writing is complemented so well by the photography. I'm so glad to read it's the first of a series. I have a friend who had a stroke four years ago she sits at the end of a couch every day watching television, sleeping or listening to music. I'll take your book to read to her next time I visit. I know it will mean a lot to her, as it has to me. I've made a note of certain pages as ones I'll be returning to often. (Glenfield)

Small may describe the size of this book, however the content is enormous.
Soul food, a pick-me-up on a bad day, a reference book, a photographic journey Anna has bared her soul through scripture and photography. The images are beautifully selected to match the scriptures.
It takes courage to self publish and Anna deserves success.
Anna is a woman at peace and this beautifully illustrated book is a real bedside gem and will brighten your day.

It's arrived and it's great! First impressions beautifully designed, a joy to pick up and open the layout and photos, superb, and invite me in.
Once I begin reading I want to go on to the next pages, but the writing, and the thoughts behind it, deserve more than reading page after page at once. It needs time to savour and absorb. Your writing is earthed Anna, it's about faith in the real world and that makes it effective. I can't stand Christian writing that starts in the stratosphere and never gets down to struggling Christians like me.
May your book do well. It's going to bless a lot of people.
Eddie Askew OBE
